It took my turkey to thaw out in almost 2 hours. It was great. We always forget to thaw out the turkey before dinner but this makes it so much easier

I was a little hesitant to purchase this item because I wasn't sure if it would work. I have health issues, so depending on how I feel is the result of me fixing dinner or if it is helping yourself in the kitchen. The first time I used it, I thawed some steaks and was really surprised at how well it worked. The steaks were in packs of four and I thawed one side and then flipped them over to thaw the other side and I'm really surprised at how well it works. I used it to thaw hamburger meat that came in one pound packs and I think it took a couple of hours to thaw. I highly recommend this meat thawing plate.
